This policy explains how Bridgecore Software LLC ("Bridgecore", "we", "us") handles personal information when you visit bridgecoresoftware.com or contact us about our products, including Budget Pulse.
What we collect
- Information you send us. When you email us or book a call, we receive your name, email address, company, job title and anything you choose to write.
- Business contact information. We may get the work name, job title, company and work email of people in finance and procurement roles from public sources and business data providers, so we can contact them about Budget Pulse.
- Basic technical data. Like most websites, our web host may record standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to keep the site running and secure.
This website does not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. The savings calculator runs entirely in your browser. Nothing you enter in it is sent to us.
How we use it
- To answer your questions and arrange demos and pilots.
- To send you relevant business email about Budget Pulse. Every message includes a way to opt out.
- To run, secure and improve this website.
- To meet legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with service providers that help us run our business, such as email and calendar (Microsoft 365), website hosting, our CRM and email outreach tools, and fonts served by Google Fonts. They may use it only to provide their services to us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or as part of a merger or sale of the business.
How long we keep it
We keep contact and sales records for as long as there is an active business conversation, and then for up to 3 years, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or the law requires us to keep them longer.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us at any time to stop contacting you, or to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Depending on where you live, for example in California or the European Union, you may have additional rights under local law. We will not treat you differently for using them. Customer data in Budget Pulse
This policy covers our website and business contacts. Data that a customer's SAP system shares with Budget Pulse during a pilot or subscription is handled under that customer's written agreement with us, including a data processing agreement where one applies.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. No method of storing or sending data online is completely secure.
Children
Our website and products are for businesses. They are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
